Text:We all know it’s going to happen. People are going to go ape sht during Bauuer’s “Harlem Shake”. Everyone is going to pull out their phones to record it because they’ll think it’s the most epic thing to happen at Coachella since Tupac’s hologram (it’s not) and every single recording will be so shaky and obnoxious it won’t be worth the million views it’ll get.

Russia entered into the fray and turned the situation in favor of Assad, and both of them annihilated the Syrian situation totally. Even with Assad crossing the red line, Obama did nothing.
The Key Peninsula is roughly a 17 mile drive from Purdy to Taylor Bay. It is the best place I can think of to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon driving through non stop beauty. However, growing evidence indicates that some base modifications, namely 5 hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC), 5 formylcytosine (5fC), 5 carboxylcytosine (5caC), and N6 methadenine (6mA), may be of biological relevance, particularly during early stages of embryo development. Although abundance of these DNA modifications in eukaryotic genomes can be low, there are suggestions that they cooperate with other epigenetic markers to affect DNA protein interactions, gene expression, defense of genome stability and epigenetic inheritance. Little is still known about their distribution in different tissues and their functions during key stages of the animal lifecycle.
